Our Promoter
Mr. Sunil Khaturia
Mr. Sunil Khaturia has been associated with the film exhibition equipment industry for over 2 decades, cultivating strong relationships with leading exhibitors, distributors, and film studios across India. He began his career in 2002 with MRH Digital Systems, specialising in 35mm projection. In 2008, he became a founding member of Scrabble Entertainment, the company that initiated the 2K Digital and 3D revolution, establishing India’s first and only 2K DCI-compliant cinema deployment entity.
With extensive hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and servicing of cinema exhibition equipment, he launched his own venture, Xpand Digital Pvt. Ltd., in 2012. Based in Mumbai, the company focuses on providing advanced audio, video, and 3D equipment for cinemas, theatres for residential complexes and private home theatres.

Mrs. Krisha Khaturia
Mrs. Krisha Khaturia is a Director at XPAND DIGITAL, Founder and School Head of Bella Escuela Montessori School, who is an accomplished educator with a background in Sociology and Fashion Designing, discovered her true passion in Montessori education after completing her AMI training at the Ratan Tata Institute. With over a decade of teaching experience at prestigious institutions like Activity Infant School and Dhirubhai Ambani International School, she has also worked with children with special needs and led numerous educational trips. In addition to running her own institute, she conducts art and craft classes and has nurtured her own child into an international chess player, embodying her belief that "learning is fun."

Xpand Digital Pvt. Ltd., established in December 2012, specialises in the deployment of advanced audio, video, and 3D systems for cinemas across India. In addition to system integration, Xpand provides comprehensive engineering support for the installation and maintenance of professional audio, visual, and 3D equipment.
With a portfolio servicing over 1000 cinema setups, including both multiplex chains and single screens, Xpand’s esteemed clients include PVR, Miraj, Inox, Gold Cinemas, City Pride, and more. The company has also successfully delivered bespoke private cinema projects, managing everything from shell to completion, tailored to the client's specifications.
